1. What are the  costs associated with purchasing a property in Spain? You can expect to pay up to 10% of the purchase price in fees and taxes.
2. How long will the process take from start to completion? Buying a house is much quicker in Spain than in the UK.  It is normal for a purchase to take between 2 and 4 weeks.
3. Can you introduce me to an English speaking Lawyer? Yes ! Please contact us if you would like us to arrange an introduction.
4. Can you arrange a mortgage for me? Yes!  Non-residents can have mortgages up to 70% of the purchase price.  Residents in Spain can get up to 80%.
5. What kind of deposit do I need to put down? Purchasers are expected to pay a Reservation of up to 3,000 Euros to secure the purchase.  This payment may be made by Credit Card or in Cash. 

10% of the Purchase price would then normally be expected within a few days.
